Belaggio Hotel is located at the first peninsula of Chalkidiki within the Municipality of Kassandra. It is situated 300 meters away from the sea and 500 meters away from the beach of Fourka. It was built in 1989 and operated for the first time in 1990. It was renamed to Belaggio Hotel in 2012 along with the first renovation of the hotel which though maintained its traditional esthetic. During the operating period which starts in April and ends in October Bellagio Hotel achieves an average of 90% of occupancy while many clients keep revisiting the hotel. Despite the fact that it is mainly addressed to the East market due to repeated collaborations with certain agencies, it is popular to the Greek market as well. Our Hotel has earned distinctions in platforms such as TripAdvisor, TopHotels and Booking.com. After years of collaboration, the company “Mouzenidis Group” has chosen the introduction of our hotel into the Bomo Club class of the group for the year 2020. It furthermore constitutes member of the Chalkidiki Union, member of the Hellenic Hoteliers Federation and member of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels. Our Hotel consists of a 10,000 m2 plot divided into six (6) independent buildings. The first building that visitors walk into is the main building of 2,780 m2 divided in two (2) floors.

The main building constitutes the core of the Hotel. It satisfies all the visitors’ needs, while at the same time can be used as a relaxing area. The restaurant can accommodate 180 persons and is divided into two main spaces, one of which is the balcony with full view to the hotel pool and the sea. The fully equipped 60 m2 professional kitchen provides daily all inclusive 3-meal services. On the ground floor of the same building the visitors will also find a fully equipped bar with direct service to the pool.

Room description:

There are 86 rooms in total. The rooms are spread in five (5) buildings (bungalows). Each building has three (3) floors. There are rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, while the rooms of the first and second floor provide sea and garden view. Furthermore, each building has its own solar panels that provide hot water so that they operate autonomously. All rooms have a private balcony. In addition, each room has an automatic air conditioner with its own private remote control, flat screen TV, telephone, satellite television (Russian channels), mini refrigerator, shower, safety deposit box, free WiFi Internet, iron, hair dryer and kettle (upon request to the reception).

Pool description:

The pool extends within an area of 300 m2 and the depth starts from 1.2 m and increases to 3.25 m. The pumping station offers automatic pool cleaning with mechanical installation. The pool area is also equipped with sunbeds, sun umbrellas and mini tables. Three centenarian olive trees as well as various long-lived flowers dominate the hotel’s lush garden. There is also a sports area, an amphitheater, a multi-purpose illuminated tennis/basketball/football court and an outdoor playground.
